FR - Retour et remboursement

  • DĂ©lai de retour : Les produits peuvent ĂȘtre retournĂ©s dans un dĂ©lai de 15 jours suivant la rĂ©ception de votre commande.
  • État du produit : Les articles doivent ĂȘtre non portĂ©s, dans leur Ă©tat original et avec les Ă©tiquettes intactes.
  • Frais de retour : À la charge du client, sauf en cas d’erreur de notre part (produit dĂ©fectueux ou mauvais article livrĂ©).
  • Processus : Contactez le service client Ă  serviceshop@innovasphereplus.ca ou au +1 613 407 3361 pour obtenir un numĂ©ro d’autorisation de retour et les instructions d’expĂ©dition.
  • Remboursement : Une fois le retour reçu et inspectĂ©, le remboursement est effectuĂ© via le mode de paiement initial sous 5 Ă  10 jours ouvrables.

EN - Returns & Refund Policy

  • Return period: Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Product condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact.
  • Return shipping: At the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
  • Process: Contact customer service at serviceshop@innovasphereplus.ca or +1 613 407 3361 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
